There are still a few places left!!
Be still, my heart! I cannot begin to tell you how excited I am for this trip! This week-long workshop will be taking place in Stratford-Upon-Avon, Shakespeare's
birthplace.
English gardens, cottages with thatched roofs, rolling meadows, cobblestone streets and small shops to wander around...doesn't that sound like fun?
We'll be there August 14th through the 20th and the days will be chocked full of small demos and discussions as we go through our day's activities. In addition to just being there, we'll be taking in a high tea
as well as a boat ride on one of the many canals. We'll have an opportunity to visit Blenheim Palace, the birthplace and ancestral home of Sir Winston Churchill. Just looking at some of the imagery from the area, I can tell you there's more than enough to fill a sketchbook or three.
I have partnered with The Blue Walk tour company for this adventure, and I believe we will be in the best of hands for
our visit. The Blue Walk understands the value of walking around an area and pausing to sink into the ambiance of an area rather than rushing through and snapping a few pictures for later.
If you've gone on a tour with Jane LeFazio or Leslie Fehling, then you're familiar with the tour company.
